🎓 CELTA Success at ATDC!

On May 22, 2026, the Azerbaijan Teacher Development Centre (ATDC) awarded international certificates to teachers who successfully completed the first online Cambridge CELTA course of the year.

As the only official Cambridge Assessment English Teaching Qualifications partner in Azerbaijan, ATDC continues to deliver globally recognised CELTA and DELTA programs, maintaining its tradition of excellence.

The CELTA course is delivered in both face-to-face and online formats, and during the ceremony held on May 22, local English teachers received their certificates after successfully completing the first online CELTA course of 2026.

📊 Throughout the year, ATDC plans to organise 4 more CELTA courses, engaging an additional 70 local English teachers—demonstrating the growing demand for internationally based education programs in the country.

👨‍🏫 It is important to note that CELTA and DELTA programs are led by highly qualified international Cambridge experts, and the CELTA qualification opens global career opportunities for teachers.

✨ During the event, the CEO & Director of the European Azerbaijan School, Francesco Banchini, congratulated participants and emphasised the importance of such training programs in professional development.

• Course 2: September 09 – December 05, 2027

📍 Face-to-Face Courses:
• Course 1: June 21 – July 16, 2027
• Course 2: July 19 – August 13, 2027
• Course 3: August 16 – September 10, 2027

📝 Registration Procedure:
✔ Sign registration documents & pay 500 AZN deposit
✔ Complete pre-interview task
✔ Attend interview with a Cambridge Tutor
✔ If unsuccessful – deposit refunded
✔ If successful – proceed with full payment

Cambridge CELTA 2026

Waiting list registration procedures:
- Signing the course documents
- Placing the deposit of 500 AZN
- Completing the pre-interview task
- Interview with the Cambridge Tutor
- If interview failed- deposit returned
- If interview is successful - making full payment for the course
- Receiving the waiting list number
- If slot is available in the requested course- enrolled according to the waiting list queue
- If enrollment in 2026 is not possible, automatically transferred to a similar course in 2027
Important note: 2026 CELTA waiting list candidates’ enrollments to the CELTA courses in 2027 will not be affected by any possible fee raise in the future!
