Khazar University MUN Model United Nations is an academic simulation of the prinicpal organs of the United Nations, committees and organizations within or connected to the UN

Model United Nations, very often called Model UN or simply an MUN, is a competing simulation or a conference through which students, by simulating bodies of the United Nations, learn about diplomacy, effective communication, international relations and politics, and the universe of the UN in general.

This gavel - sometimes referred to as "Hammer of Thor" - was donated to the UN by Iceland and is used to open and close meetings, signal the adoption of resolutions and other United Nations General Assembly proceedings. All 193 UN member countries are represented in the General Assembly where they work to achieve a better world for our planet and all its people.
