Participants needed for Erasmus+ Sport project

Requirements:
- Communicative English
- A candidate professionally connected to a sport organization (e.g. club or association/federation). Able to diagnose the needs of their organization and athletes in the dual career area.
- Presentation skills

Training courses will be organized in Poland, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Italy and Slovenia.

All costs will be covered within the allocated budget. Participants will receive a certificate.

International Training Course in ROMANIA

Aim of the project:
The overall objective of the project is to develop communication skills for social inclusion. The operational objectives are to acquire an in-depth knowledge of the problem of effective communication for social inclusion, to increase the youth workers’ skills by experimenting methods, techniques, types of activities in order to build effective communication skills for social inclusion; to develop a proactive attitude and behavior towards effective communication for social inclusion through the design and implementation of an awareness campaign and a teenage education programme) The methods are specific to non-formal education and develop creativity and involvement: knowledge and trust exercises; reflection exercises, PP presentations; open space, round table, group workshops, cafe learning; forum theatre, role-playing, simulation; watching short films; study trip.
