School Short Story: 'THIS IS MY SCHOOL' Filmmaking Workshop
In this practical workshop, students create a one-minute short story about their school.
Teachers divide the students into groups and prepare a draft story about their school.
On the first workshop day, students are assigned a film crew task and film their story under the guidance of the workshop instructor. On the second workshop day, students edit their short story together with the instructor. This workshop provides students with the tools and the opportunity to learn about filmmaking.

The first day of the workshop is Filmmaking. Each school must choose a day during the week of Monday, September 8th to Friday, September 12th. The second day of the workshop is Editing. Each school must choose a day during the week of Monday, September 15th to Friday, September 19th. The workshops last a total of two school days and can take place either during or after school hours, for two hours. This workshop is designed for students of secondary education. One or more classes can participate.

All short stories will compete for the Best School Short Story award, which will be decided by the audience during the Playa Film Festival from October 3 to 5.
