Bullying No Way Week 2026
“Small acts. Big impact. 💛 This , let’s remember: kindness doesn’t have to be loud to matter. Pause before you post, speak, or send — words travel farther than we think. Every small choice to lift someone up instead of tearing them down creates ripples. Be the reason someone feels safe today. 🤝✨”
Three hot tips:
1. The Pause Rule — Before hitting send or speaking up, take 3 seconds and ask: “Would I say this to their face? Would this make someone feel smaller?” Teach children (and model it yourself) that a pause is a superpower, not a weakness.
2. Narrate the Ripple — Talk through real examples at dinner: how one unkind comment online spread, or how one child saying “hey, sit with us” changed someone’s whole day. Making the impact visible helps child connect small choices to big consequences.
3. Build an “Upstander,” Not Just a Bystander — Give children simple scripts to use when they see bullying: “That’s not cool,” or just walking over to sit with the person being excluded. Practicing the words in advance makes it much easier to use them in the moment.
