Bula vinaka dear friends and family of Fiji in and around Brisbane.
If you are free this coming Saturday evening, 9th November, our Queensland Fiji Youth Rugby Union will be having a fundraising Kava Barrel Night at Oxley Hall , 24 Englefield Road, Oxley, starting at 6:30pm with the band from Fiji One Chord playing as well.
This fundraising is to help support our U18s and U20s Boys Rugby team to the Veiwekani Shield Championship in Sydney at the end of this year playing against the NSW Fiji and Victoria Fiji rugby teams.
Please come along and support our future rugby stars for our community.

Just letting you know that our Annual Fiji Day celebration this year is on the 7th of October at the usual Sunnybank Dragons Senior Rugby Club, in Sunnybank.
Just a reminder for those interested in running a stall or putting a team in for the 7s rugby and volleyball, please get into contact with the organisers ASAP as spots will go very quickly.

Community Announcement.
Bula Vinaka Everyone.
Just letting you know that our Annual Fiji Day celebrations this year will be on the 9th of October at Sunnybank Rugby Union grounds. This is obviously subjecttochange or if there's no COVID-19 Lockdown.
Please contact those numbers in the flyers below if you want a stall , or put a team in for Rugby 7s or soccer.
Please put in your diaries and lock the date in to come and celebrate with other fellow Fijians in the community.

Bula Vinaka Everyone.
Just a humble community request to all our community members, who love their kava, here in Queensland and all over Australia who've tried to bring kava over either as a registered post or tried exporting it and was confiscated at the border to please send me an email or message me on Facebook about:

1. How many times has it been confiscated?
2. How much was it in kgs?
3. How much money did you use for it?
4. When did it happen?

This information will be needed to support our push as a community to lift the ban of kava or allow for it's export to the country.
The more data we get, the better
