Congratulations to Tayla & Brad who welcomed their beautiful baby Laniee into the world 🥹 Thank you so much for the feedback, it means the world! 💕 'Hi Sophie!

I totally forgot to message, but we welcomed a beautiful and chunky baby girl in August! Lainee was born on 9/8 weighing 9lb - a peaceful unmedicated natural birth perfectly supported by my husband, midwife and counted breathing (albeit I only made it to 4 seconds in and 4 seconds out, but it was still distracting enough!) I had a PPH and so many people used the words “traumatising” but I truly don’t feel that way - felt very equipped and knowledgeable going into it and now enjoying the love bubble that come with our sweet little 3.5mo. Thanks again!!'

Neonatal nurses day 🤍 Before becoming a midwife I trained as a neonatal nurse in the special care nursery. As much as I love labour ward, I also love being able to provide continuity of care when the unexpected occurs and support families through their nursery journeys. So thankful to work with such an amazing team who have taught me so much, especially Sonya and Maxine who have been providing neonatal care for 30+ years ✨
