🐾🐶 PAMPER OUR PUPS DAY! 🐶🐾

Today at daycare we’re celebrating our furry friends with a little extra love and pampering! 💕🐾

The children will enjoy learning how to be gentle, caring and responsible around our pups, giving them lots of cuddles, attention and, of course, plenty of pats! 🥰🐕

It’s a wonderful opportunity to develop empathy, kindness and respect for animals, while encouraging the children to understand how we care for our pets and keep them happy and safe. ❤️

📚🐛 Book Week Fun! 🐛📚

Today we enjoyed several fun Book Week setups, created our very own Hungry Caterpillar crafts 🐛🎨, and were lucky enough to have one of our children’s mums visit and read a wonderful story to the group. ❤️

A lovely day encouraging a love of books, creativity and connection! 📖✨

🦁 Happy World Lion Day! (Monday)🦁

The kids had so much fun celebrating World Lion Day! They created their own lion faces using paper plates and had a roar-some time making lion noises! 🦁🎨

We talked about lions in the jungle, their amazing roars, and what makes them such incredible animals. ❤️

Nothing beats baby chinos at Bunnings! ☕💚

One of the many benefits of family daycare is our small group, which allows us to enjoy regular community outings like these.

Today was filled with smiles, conversations, exploration and lots of fun while building confidence and social skills together.

💛 Why I love Family Day Care 💛

One of the things I love most about family day care is the opportunity to truly get to know each child.

With a 1 educator to 4 children ratio, I can provide the individual care, attention and support that helps children feel safe, confident and valued.

I welcome children from 1 year of age, and I love seeing the friendships that develop in my mixed-age environment.

The younger children learn so much by watching and playing alongside the older children, while the older children naturally develop kindness, patience and leadership as they help and encourage their younger friends.

My home is a calm, nurturing space where children can learn through play, explore, create, build independence and simply enjoy being children.

I believe every child deserves to feel a sense of belonging and to be supported to learn and grow at their own pace.

This is why I love what I do, and why family day care is such a special place to learn. 🌿💛

Im really loving supporting local business and having the children enjoy sensory play!

Sensory play supports children's learning and development by encouraging exploration through touch, sight, sound, smell and movement.

It helps develop fine motor skills, language, problem-solving, creativity, concentration and self-regulation while building confidence and curiosity.

Sensory experiences also promote brain development and provide opportunities for children to investigate, discover and learn through play.

What a fun morning at playgroup! 🚒🚓👮

Today's theme was Fire, Rescue & Police, and the children had a wonderful time dressing up, enjoying imaginative play, creating with playdough and making themed crafts. It was a fantastic opportunity to learn about our amazing community helpers while building friendships through play. ❤️
