And that’s the halfway mark for Term 2 at Yarraman Kindy! 🌿

The children have been busy learning through hands-on experiences including Anzac Day reflections, cooking, planting winter veggies, creating sprout houses, and preparing prize-winning art and cooking entries for the Blackbutt Show. 🌱🏆

Last week, we created a bee hotel and explored honeycomb kindly shared by a local beekeeper while celebrating World Bee Day. 🐝

Our regular library visits with Miss Sharon and Miss Glenda continue to be a highlight, encouraging a love of stories, songs, and reading. 📚

It has been a wonderful start to the term and we look forward to all the learning and fun still to come!

A huge thank you to Peanut Company Australia for generously donating a large amount of coloured paper to our kindy! 🎨✂️🌈

The children will have so much fun getting creative with all the bright colours. We were also lucky enough to share some of the donation with our friends at Blackbutt Kindy .
