PCYC Queensland may periodically share exercise demonstrations, suggested workouts, or nutritional tips on social media. While we encourage challenging yourself to complete workouts, not all exercises are suitable for everyone. These workouts, fitness and nutritional information are provided as a guide only and are not subject to your individual health or activity needs. Please ensure you only perform exercises that are within your current physical activity/exercise level of ability. Making cupcakes was so much fun this week. We learnt all about double dipping in the bowl and how that meant nobody else could share your cupcakes. This only ended up in more double dipping. 😂 Lucky Sergeant Bridget made plenty of extras to go around. Certain boys had plenty of cupcakes to take home and eat all to themselves.

PCYC will be closed for both Afternoon Drop in and After Dark tomorrow for Sorry Business. We will reopen for Deadly Saturday activities at 130pm on Saturday.
