Heart-centred business women are into radical good health. Good Health requires good healthy raw organic food, and heart-centred business women know that it is essential to grow at least some of their food - and their is no place like a home garden to relax, get inspiration and meditate. Puttering around in one's own patch, planting seeds, laying mulch, admiring nature and collecting herbs is such a wonderfully productive mesmerising activity - a little time each day keeps a body centred, focused and happy. There is nothing like a garden to give one pleasure and peace. Enjoy life! Grow a Food Garden!

Come follow Jill around the Cafe garden as she tell us a little about how she uses some of the vegetables, herbs and fruits.

The previous owners established the garden and Jill and her daughter Nicky are carrying on the great work. Both enjoy growing food for their Cafe. As Jill says "It is a labour of love". And after experiencing Jill's enthusiastic short tour, I can see that the garden is well on the way to becoming a "Food Forest"
