Im Completely Lost As To What To Write Here As I Enter My Final Week As An Open Cafe Store Front.
Taking My Baking Kitchen From Home That I Had Out Grown To An Open Baking Kitchen & Cafe That Grew So Fast.
From August 2023 to August 2026,
Has Me Thinking Of That First Year Of Trade & The Hours That I Spent At The Store, at Least 80 a Week & Most On My Own.

I Am Going To Be Very Sad In The Early Hours Of Each Morning This Week Knowing That They Are The Last Setting Up To Open My Doors For You All.

I Hope To See You All Thru The Week, So I Can Thank You All Personally.

I Know This Week Will Be Tough For Our Amy, So She Will Need Plenty Of Those Hugs & Some Laughter As The Week Goes On, I’m Sure We Will Be Sharing Plenty Of Tears, But I Will Keep Trying To Make Her Laugh & Give Her A V Hard Time.

It’s Not Over For KTK Baking, KTK’s Pantry Will Remain Open & I Will Be Introducing KTK’s Pantry Fridge Very Soon, From Thursdays Through To Sundays.

This Week Has Been Insane, A lot Of Conversations Of Closing, Supplier Conversations, My Coffee End Date…
Planning The Rest Of The Year… Chatting To Customers About Possibilities Of What Could Still Be.

You Never Know What Next Year Could Bring To Yanderra Village. I Have Shown That If You Build A Place With An Amazing & Beautiful Atmosphere, Great Coffee, Baking From Scratch, A Genuine Love & Interest In Customers, Even When I Was Open 7 Days, Producing Heaps Of Cafe Style Food, The People Would Come & It Was Crazy!
My Fingers Are Crossed That Someone That Can Put In The Time, Will Bring Something Next Year.

Also, I Didn’t Fail. I Succeeded.
