How It Works & Rules
How to Bid:
1. Boxes with photos of each item will be located at the school office in the foyer from
Wednesday 9 September 2026.
2. To place a bid, write your name, phone number, bid amount, date and time on the slip
and place your slip into the box with the photo of the item you wish to bid on.
3. The person with the highest valid bid on 30 September wins the item.
Auction Rules
• All bids must be written clearly on the bid slip.
• Bids cannot be changed or removed once submitted.
• You may bid on more than one item.
• Bids made after 29 September 2026 will not be accepted.
• If two or more identical highest bids are recorded, the earliest valid bid will be the
winning bid.
• The organisers reserve the right to reject any unclear or invalid bid.
• Winners will be contacted using the phone number provided on the bid slip.
• Payment must be made by Friday 2 October 2026.
• By placing a bid, you agree to these terms and conditions.

REMINDER... Father's Day Stall on Thursday, September 3. All items are $5 and cash only, there are a few choices for Dads, Pops and special people. Thank you to our fundraiser group for organising this lovely event

FATHER'S DAY BREAKFAST NEXT FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 4th 8:20-9:00. We invite all Dads, Pops and special people to join us for toasties and a cuppa in breaky club before visiting classrooms from 8:30-9:00. Please leave a thumbs up to help us plan for catering.

After another amazing Book Week Dress Up day we are looking forward to our Book Fair tomorrow. Families may come in for purchasing between 8 and 9 am and from 2:45-3:30. This is a great fundraiser for our library and we appreciate every purchase. Cash is preferred but online payment via a QR code is available.

Hello from the Acting Principal
Dear Parents, Carers and Families,
I am delighted to introduce myself as the new Acting Principal of Table Cape Primary School. It is a privilege to be leading such a wonderful school, and I am excited to work alongside our students, staff and families as we continue to build on the many strengths of our school community.
My first week at Table Cape Primary School has been incredibly positive. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know our students and staff, and I have been warmly welcomed by everyone. It has quickly become clear that Table Cape Primary School shines as a positive, supportive and inclusive place to learn and grow.
As Acting Principal, I am committed to continuing to lead the school with a strong focus on our core values of Respect, Growth, Courage, Connection and Responsibility. These values underpin everything we do and help create a culture where every student can thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
I believe that strong partnerships between home and school are essential to student success. I am committed to being open, approachable and available to support families in their child's education. If you would like to discuss any aspect of your child's schooling, please do not hesitate to contact me through the school office. I welcome the opportunity to work together to ensure the best possible outcomes for all students.
