The Northside Budokai crew training last night. Including Ishikawa san who unfortunately has received word that he is being tranferred back to Japan. It's been a privelege to have him as part of our group.

David Brown Sensei
Sad news this morning from Melbourne with the passing of David Brown Sensei overnight. DB Sensei, AKA The Wizard, was a huge supporter of ours, generously giving up his time to visit and teach us numerous times over the years. He owned his aikido and was never afraid to take himself out of the comfort zone and us along with him for the ride. Here he is back in 2013 with a younger looking Lynford. Our sincere condolences to his family, students and friends. Thank you Sensei. Until we meet again
