Behind every powerful weekend of our Real Man Workshop is an incredible crew of men who choose to step into service.

Men who take time away from their families, partners, work, businesses and responsibilities to hold space for others. Men who arrive a full day early to set up, prepare, connect and integrate, all so that every participant can walk into a safe and transformative experience.

This work doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because of the dedication, generosity and heart of the men who continue to show up, year after year.

For over 30 years, Real Man has been changing lives, making it the longest-standing men’s work in Australia. Some of the men who crewed the very first workshop back in 1996 are still standing beside us today. What an incredible legacy.

To every man who has ever crewed, facilitated, supported, held space, cooked meals, carried gear, shared wisdom or simply been there for another man - thank you. You are the heartbeat of this community.

A special acknowledgement to Murray for his unwavering dedication, vision and service over the decades, and to every person who has contributed to keeping this work alive.

This weekend, a group of women showed up to Real Woman 1 - March 2026 Workshop

They walked in not fully knowing what they were about to face but knowing something in their life needed to change.

That takes courage.

To the women who said yes to themselves, your honesty, your willingness, and the way you stayed in it proves the quality of your sovereign, authentic essence.

The crew who showed up to support, hold space and be part of changing the lives of total strangers, your presence and commitment to our work is a big part of what makes the mountain magic so undeniably transformational.

This was our first Real Woman 1 workshop of the year. And the year is off to a massive start! Real Man 1 is next month, and women you've set the standard.
