Friendly reminder training is cancelled when the temperature is listed as 38+ degrees in Wynn Vale on the Bureau of Meteorology website at 9am on the day! ☀️
Please keep an eye on our page for updates on warmer days, as we may have to cancel training for the night 😢

All Monday classes cancelled due to a public holiday (during the school term) will be run at the same time on the following Tuesday night!

Don't forget you will need to bring:
✅ Protective gear.
✅ Clean ironed gi.
✅ Signed grading approval form.
✅ Drink bottle.
✅ Positive can do attitude!
Report to your instructor when you arrive to be checked in.

Hydrate well prior to grading, carb loading for the tougher gradings, and we shall see you on the matt, looking forward to it.
