It was great to see a full night on the mats tonight, with a good lesson in keeping your structure and unbalancing the opponent through movement by sensei Dave. A warm welcome back to Patrick after several years off the mats. Thanks for a great night!

On Wednesday the 7th June Kendra Pie passed her 5th kyu, yellow belt grading in front of fellow students, friends and family. She put on a great display with a thoroughly impressive grading performance. Congratulations Kendra.

A big night on Monday with 9 on the mats, exploring arm bar progressions and ground turn overs. A happy welcome back to the mats to Omar Mouk.
