Dennis Vague has taught 3 generations of my family in his years as a teacher and been super helpful when problems arose. The ripples of his sudden and unexpected death will continue to spread through our community as the news reaches everyone and shakes us all to the core. A sad day for us individually who have memories of him and for the community in general. So sad for his close family and friends, to whom I send sincere condolences

This just in from Lindsay Eden..........Due to COVID-19 continuing to upend and change all our lives we've decided to cancel this years reunion for the 1970-75 student cohort. For those students diary 6-7 November 2021 when we'll celebrate 51 years since commencing High School. I am not sure if this is for anyone who attended from 1970-75 or if it is a specific year level from that time frame. I'll let you know when I find out

I was just sitting here quietly thinking and I realised that on the 14th of February this year, it will be 50 years..........yes folks you read it correctly.........that is 50 years since Australia changed to decimal currency. Wow 50 years. The advert that they used to play on the TV and radio way back then still reverberates in my mind. It was obviously a great advertising strategy if it has stuck for 50 years.
