Did you know that some of the most powerful learning happens outside? 🌱

Nature based learning is not a structured lesson or a scheduled activity — it is woven into the everyday rhythm of childhood. When little ones dig in the soil, tend to a vegetable garden, observe insects, or simply move freely through open green spaces, they are building skills that no classroom can replicate. 🌻

Every child deserves to feel like they belong, and Harmony Week is a beautiful reminder of exactly that. 🌍

Harmony Week is more than a colour or a date on the calendar. It is a moment to pause and celebrate what makes our communities so rich, the diversity of cultures, languages, backgrounds, and stories that our children grow up alongside every single day. 🧡

At Little Patch, we believe that raising children who are kind, curious, and culturally aware starts early. When little ones are introduced to different traditions, languages, and ways of seeing the world, they develop empathy, respect, and an open heart that carries them through life. 🌿

To every family who is part of our Little Patch community, your culture, your story, and your child are celebrated here. Not just Harmony Week, but every single day.

Because everyone belongs 🧡

“It takes a village to raise a child.”

Community is at the heart of everything we do. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach to children’s learning, we actively create meaningful connections that extend beyond the classroom and into the wider world.

From welcoming families into our centre for special events and celebrations, to engaging with local schools, charities, businesses, and community organisations through our Community Connections Program, we support children to build a strong sense of belonging and understanding of the world around them.

Because learning is richer when it’s shared 🤍

We understand that a child’s learning journey begins from birth and the early years play a vital role in the development of a child’s confidence, value and self-worth.

Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach to children’s learning, our curriculum is designed to ignite curiosity, inspire creativity and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Our curriculum and daily routines are designed to be flexible and emergent in nature, ensuring every child’s interests and strengths are catered for. Our in-house curriculum is complemented by enrichment and community connection programs that facilitate holistic and inclusive learning outcomes.

High quality early education supports children to be the best they can be.
