I discovered surfing only after becoming a mum. Raising children takes an incredible amount of energy, especially when you’re far from home and without support.

Life & wellness coaching + surfing for women & girls who want confidence, clarity & courage to break through fears, step out of your comfort zone, and ride life’s waves with purpose. 🏄‍♀️💙 Having just moved to Australia, the ocean became my place for “me-time” — a space to recharge and reconnect with myself. Out in the surf, I could focus on something completely different from nappies and feeding,

Had the pleasure of coaching Nathalie over the past two days — and wow, it was so much fun! She was absolutely shredding in mediocre waves with the biggest smile, and it filled my heart right up. 💙🌊
There’s nothing better than seeing someone feel the same joy and freedom in the water that I do.
Can’t wait to see more of your travel surf pics, -duere! Keep riding that wave! 🤙✨

On a gloomy and cold morning like this nothing feels better than going surfing, except going surfing with someone you like to hang out with! When there’s not many waves, many thought come up and you have time to chat, discuss and laugh in the water. On a gloomy and cold morning like this you feel so light, happy and fulfilled after a surf! If you are interested in life coaching in the water message me👇!

I’m in the middle of creating my website — and honestly, I’m moving at snail pace.

What’s holding me back?
Is it the pressure to make everything perfect?
The fear of people judging what I put out there?
Or maybe it’s my own inner critic being louder than it should be…

Comparing myself to all the shiny, super-professional websites out there?
Yep. That one hits.

But here’s the thing: I know what it feels like to fear failure — and instead of freezing, I’m choosing baby steps. One small, brave move at a time.

So yes, you’ll have to wait a little longer until the website goes live.
And no, it won’t be perfect.
But it will be perfectly imperfect — just like the rest of this beautiful, messy, courageous journey.

✨ In the meantime, come hang out with me on Instagram for more tips, inspiration, and behind-the-scenes updates.
✨ And if you’re curious about life coaching or wondering if it’s right for you, you can book a free discovery call anytime — I’d love to meet you.

Out of My League — Into My Power
My friend captured this moment so beautifully — the waves looked heavy, probably a bit out of my league, and the ocean was moving with serious energy. It was my first time at that spot, and I remember thinking, “It’s too big for me.”

But since I was already there at 7am (and my friend was watching 😅), I decided to go for it. Paddling out took forever, and when I finally reached the reef, it was hard to catch waves. I got tossed around — but managed to get a few!

The lineup was full of friendly faces, cheering me on even though they didn’t know me. I didn’t surf like a pro, but I showed up, stepped out of my comfort zone, and that felt amazing. Hours later I was still buzzing!

Moments like these remind me that the real wins often happen way before we stand up on a wave — they happen the moment we choose courage over comfort. 🌊💙

Been away from any distractions, climbing up and down volcanoes, hiking mountain ranges, traversing rivers, rowing boats over lakes, looking sheep in the eyes and losing myself in nature almost without any possibility to distract myself with screens and other artificial noise. I found myself without even trying to find me. I hope to stay with me for a while before that noise gets loud again and the chatter begins. A break can do wonders especially when devices are turned down (or only used for geological navigation rather than life navigation) feeling refreshed now and up for new challenges!

💭 Feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
💭 Struggling with self-doubt or fear of failure.
💭 Wanting change, but not knowing where to start.
You’re not alone. These are some of the biggest reasons women come to coaching. Together, we break things down, uncover what’s holding you back, and create small, practical steps toward change.
🌿 You don’t need to do it all on your own. Coaching gives you the tools and support to move forward — in the direction you want.
✨ I have 2 spots open next month for sessions on the Coal Coast where we include surfing into the coaching sessions - online sessions also available! DM me if you’d like one of them.
