This year, our program has extended its school readiness focus with the introduction of a new and improved learning room. Each day, our 4–5 year old group gathers in this space, which is thoughtfully set up with experiences designed to enrich the program and provide a clear focus for learning. Through play-based experiences, intentional teaching and educator scaffolding, our school readiness group is building the skills needed for a successful transition to school, all while having fun, forming friendships and growing together.
