🌈 How to Align your Life? A Simplified Version 🌈.


Step 1: Acknowledge where you are at and understand that you HAVE the answers within you to change.



STEP 2: Be conscious of your surroundings, the energy you are giving and receiving and ask yourself- Am I showing up as the true version of myself?



STEP 3: If failing wasn’t an option, what would you do? Fear, past trauma and insecurities hold us back more than we think



STEP 4: Tune into the portal of your heart, sit in meditation and hear what your heart has to say. Giving yourself time and space to reflect will give you an opportunity to have your questions answered.




STEP 5: Do the work!!! This can be a long road for some, but in order to change you must do something different. Start changing your inner self-talk! Instead of “I don’t deserve this” say “I am worthy to receive”.
