School holidays are just around the corner and Wildplace Connect will be back at the Wollongong Botanic Garden with a program for budding young ecologists exploring animal tracks and scats 🦇🐍🦘

Thanks to Rotary Club of Corrimal for organising Greenfest last weekend. There are some great environmental initiatives happening across the Illawarra with a range of projects being shared with the community at the event.

We took some activities along and had some great conversations about what we can do in our own backyards to provide habitat for our wildlife. Looking forward to next year's event.

Some action shots of our morning with the Coolgardie kids

Thanks to the children and staff at Coolgardie childrens centre for a fun Monday morning. The students have been learning about sustainability and we popped by and ran some games and activities about bees and pollination. A few other furry friends came along to say hi as well, as we all know that pollination is not just a job for the bees!
