Today our K-2 students took part in National Simultaneous Storytime at 12pm in the library! This annual event encourages schools across Australia to read the same picture book together at the same time. This year’s featured story was "Luna Roo: The Kangaroo Baller" by Adam Jackson and Adrian Lloyd, illustrated by Jake A. Minton. Our students enjoyed listening to Luna Roo’s inspiring journey, cheering her on as she discovers her inner strength in a story of courage and determination.

The talented instructors at Cool Kids Music Co. are now taking expressions of interest to see if we can reach the minimum numbers required to hold classes at Coniston. All lessons are held onsite, either before or after school (TBA) and are $16.50/lesson.

Save the date: the Spelling Bee school final competition will be held in Week 8 on Friday, 12 June. Parents and carers are warmly invited to attend the competition for students in Years 3–6.
The finals will start at 11:55am, and guests are kindly asked to be seated in the hall just prior to this time.
Five students from each grade who have progressed through their class competition will compete in the school Spelling Bee. We look forward to cheering on our students and celebrating their hard work in spelling!
