For some students, this is a great strategy to help ease some of the pressure and give more time for deep learning of required syllabus content. This also gives the student a second "exposure" to the content when they learn it again in class. Another opportunity to further deepen knowledge, commit it to memory and apply it to HSC questions. 💡

Online learning CAN work for many students and is working for students as young as 10 years old working with

Some benefits:

➡️ No need to travel anywhere/pay travel fees.
➡️ Better for the environment.
➡️ Accessibility got parents to get involved and always be in earshot of your student to monitor their progress.
➡️ Lessons are always 1:1, meaning your students needs are met directly (unless you request a group lesson).
➡️ Lessons can incorporate online activities, making them more versatile and, dare I say, fun 🤩
➡️ Students can send images of work/assessment/homework that they may need assistance with prior to the lesson. These can be annotated by the student and teacher using Zoom and a range of other platforms.

As I am only 1 teacher, my time is highly limited and the number of students I can take on is also quite limited.
