The longer I am a care giver the more I realise how perpetually important advocacy for my child is important.
At times that may involve seeking out opportunities that best suit your child’s unique needs and that is where falls into motion. To support those parents looking to supplement traditional school ecosystems.

As someone who is focused on teaching kids with facts and empowering them to make decisions based on those facts, I’m keen to understand when the switch flipped to thinking this was tough love? Or is it simply empowerment?

Are there times in your life that you accidentally or not, project traditional biases to those around you?
This isn’t about being PC but rather reflecting on times when we expect behaviours from those around us and our children based on our own backgrounds and history.

I’m so excited to be able to continue to foster new strategic partnerships within our local community. To be able to foster opportunities for our kids and support their development outside a traditional school environment.

Part of the process of growing up includes forming opinions. In schools there are fewer opportunities for kids to develop their opinions and be comfortable and confident to debate their opinions.
Remember in order to debate something you need to be able to leave space to hear the option others. This is how respect is developed.
