I have a zillion recipe books and rarely make the same thing twice at home. This is a black-eyed bean stew with carrots, beets and fresh parsley from the garden. Served with brown rice and a dash of lime juice. Recipe courtesy of 🍴

It's smoothie bowl weather at last!
This one tastes like a fruit salad and contains watermelon, berries, banana, mango and chia seeds. Topped with more mango and chia and some sprouted buckwheat.

Slow cooked chickpea curry with cherry tomatoes and baby spinach. I love the variety that plant food provides!

Made the jackfruit schwarma and Tahiti sauce from .tv and served it up on sweet potato slices and salad. Used water instead of oil to fry... Still tastes amazing.

Easiest dinner ever:
Leftover roast sweet potato
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Cucumber, cubed
Kale, torn into bite sized pieces
Tofu, pressed and dry fried with steak seasoning
Blended Dressing:
1/3 cup tahini
1/8 cup tamari
1 tsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1/4 tsp rice malt syrup
1/8 cup plant milk (I used macadamia cos it was on sale!)

Needed a super quick dinner. Mashed up some leftover steamed tempeh with flour, sage, tamari and onion flakes to make sausages.
Lentil salad came from a tin with added veg. Tomorrow I'll throw some parsley in when I can see the garden in sunlight :)
Add a lemon dressing with a pinch of cumin and allspice.
Serve.
