A BIG WARM HOWDY!
Its been a while since I’ve introduced myself on here, seeing as though I’ve lots of new friends and a bit of spare time currently (don’t we all? 😂) I thought I’d say G’day. So, G’Day 👩🏻🌾💕 .
My name is Ash Burns (I know right) and I'm the driving force and dreamer behind Raise the Standard, a place to empower people to design their dreams, horsey and otherwise with the comfort of a platform to create financial independence and support of a mentorship group focussed on personal growth.
When I was of a young age (pretty sure my first words were “horse” 🐴) I fell in love with horses, and after working for one of the most amazing women I’ve ever known, I went out into the world to pursue a career in education and mental health, inspired by her example 🌼. I feel in love with the process of people discovering themselves and their purpose and throughout my career I’ve found ways to intertwine my love of the land with helping people. I am equally passionate about creating a space that brought together people that wanted to grow - grow their horsemanship skills, their self awareness and personal ownership and their self image.
I’m a true believer that life will have its ups and downs - it’s who we surround ourselves with and how we see our challenges that creates our futures. I am passionate about helping people readjust their mirrors and be empowered to design their futures by developing their mindsets.
