Stage 3 of the Video Relay Service (VRS) National Rollout to 24/7 service has officially begun. This means that you can access VRS Monday through Friday 24/7, and Saturday and Sunday from 8am - midnight. You can use the NRS and VRS to make phone calls for anything! For example, you can organise next weekend's plans with your family, make an appointment with your doctor, or renegotiate your internet bill. The NRS is free and confidential to use.

Something very special is coming to Myer Centrepoint this Saturday❄❄. And although it has antlers, it's not a very early friend of Santa's 😁.

We’ll be out and about at Myer Centrepoint, Albury from 11 am–1 pm this Saturday, October 3, with a certain very familiar reindeer making his first public appearance.

Come along, say hello, grab a photo, and you might even spot a few other familiar faces from Arendelle while you’re there.

A little Frozen fun in the middle of your Saturday shopping — and a first chance to meet one of the stars of our upcoming production. ❄️🦌

Right here in our local community, some of our wonderful Deaf friends and community members are coming together to celebrate National Week of Deaf People! 🎉

This special week is all about recognizing and celebrating the rich culture, vibrant language (Auslan), and incredible achievements of Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals. It’s also a powerful reminder of the importance of human rights, full inclusion, and true accessibility for everyone.

Here is how you can support and get involved:

- Learn a few signs: Pick up some basic Auslan signs to help break down communication barriers.

- Spread awareness: Share stories, elevate Deaf voices, and advocate for inclusive spaces.

- Connect: Reach out, start a conversation, and celebrate the diversity that makes our community stronger!
