Happy New Year! 2024 was a successful, albit quieter year for me in my little business. I was able to take time and work out my next venture and life in general. I'm still here in 2025, offering Antenatal education including OMP. More to come and wish everyone the best for 2025!

Teamwork is essential during labour and birth. This exists between, Mum and baby, women and their partners and support people, the support team and their health care provider. Better understanding between the team members leads to clearer communication and a more supportive environment for the woman to immerse herself into the process.
