Student Survey Results

We are proud to share some of the highlights from our recent NSW Public Schools Student Survey!

Our students’ feedback provides an important insight into their experiences at school and helps us celebrate what is working well while identifying where we can continue to grow.

Some of our strongest results included:
⭐ High Expectations – 96%
💚 Inclusion – 92%
📚 Explicit Teaching – 92%
🤝 Sense of Belonging – 92%

We were also pleased to see positive growth in a number of areas, including Aboriginal Student Voice and Transitions.

Most importantly, our students have helped us identify our priorities moving forward: student engagement, connectedness and motivation. Their voices will help guide the work we do to make Windsor Public School an even better place to learn, belong and thrive.

🌟 Supporting Children Through School Transitions 🌟

Starting Kindergarten or moving into Year 7 is an exciting milestone, but it can also bring some big feelings and worries for children and families.

Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District, in partnership with Wayahead, is offering two FREE webinars for parents and carers focused on supporting children with anxiety during these important school transitions.

Today we celebrate our incredible Principal, Mrs Berghofer, and thank her for the passion, care and dedication she brings to Windsor Public School every single day.

This year is especially special as it is her first Primary Principals Day officially calling Windsor Public School her school, and we couldn’t be happier to have her leading our wonderful community.

Mrs Berghofer’s kindness, vision and unwavering commitment to our students, staff and families help make Windsor Public School the welcoming, supportive and thriving school it is today. She leads with heart, always putting our students at the centre of every decision, and inspires everyone around her to be their very best.
