Come along and enjoy a great quiz night on Saturday 31 May, 7pm at Willunga Waldorf School! Get your class parents and friends together for a fun night of quiz and music questions! Fun prizes to be won!

The Willunga Waldorf School Quiz night is being run by school student, Charlie Sommers, in support of his year 12 project - Rugby For all. All funds raised will go towards Charlie's project - delivering much needed secondhand sporting gear to communities in remote Tongan Islands.

The cost is just $10 per participant for a great community night in aid of a great cause. Get in quick to secure your place!!

Please bring a plate of food to share with your fellow quiz table participants.

Please note that the event is strictly no BYOD alcohol or non-alcoholic drinks. There will be a licensed bar available for you to purchase alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. This is to ensure the event is fully compliant with council regulations.

Our annual Autumn fair is fast approaching and many school community members are busy preparing behind the scenes with food, crafts, activities and performances.
* FREE PARKING is available on the reserve off Jay Drive. Please No parking on side streets or school grounds.
* Bring a water bottle (refill station available) and reusable bags. We aim to be a zero waste event.
* No dogs on the school ground. Please keep them safe at home.

SCHOOL RAFFLE – WOULD YOU LIKE TO DONATE A PRIZE?
We are now collecting prizes from local businesses for the Autumn Fair school raffle.
Any school community members are also welcome to donate to the raffle – if you wish to do so, please contact [email protected] by Monday 10th February.
In recognition of your donation, your company/business will be included in our newsletter distributed to over 250 families across many suburbs.
The Autumn Fair is the major annual fundraiser for our school; proceeds are invested in many areas, including the school gardens, library, playgroup, benches, shelters for children, paving, etc.

Who is the P&F?

The P & F is the parent and friends’ group at the Willunga Waldorf School and it is committed to a supportive, informed and involved partnership between the parents and friends, the executive, staff, board and students. We are welcoming of all parents and friends and promote their involvement in the school. The P & F is a forum to exchange ideas, raise concerns and provide input into the school. Parent involvement can be for a specific task/area – there in no long term commitment required to be part of this friendly and active group of parents and friends. Fun social events for parents and friends are in the pipeline. We are in the process of helping organise the Autumn Fair with class 4 parents. The money raised from the Fair has always been used to support the schools needs. Putting the fun into fundraising is the aim of some of our members. We are coming up with great ideas to bring the school community together, enjoy each other’s company plus raise money at the same time. P & F meetings are lively and we are open to new ideas and have a passion of action.

Meetings currently run weekly on Fridays 2-3pm at the Room B (Next building to the Rainbow Shop) this term (Term 1, 2020).
