The Performance Pussycats are ready for opening night! 🎭

Students have been busy rehearsing and making the final preparations ahead of tonight’s performance at the Civic Centre. We can’t wait to see all of their hard work come to life on stage. ⭐

There's quite a bit of preparation for a junior painting class, but it's worth it. The grade 2/3s loved painting their symmetrical butterfly's and bugs. They learnt about mirror symmetry and colour mixing with primary colours. There were lots of discoveries and plenty of smiles.

Well done to the Intermediate girls who won their division final for table tennis. They’re off to regionals in October. 🏓

The VCE Outdoor Education students had an amazing time at snow camp on Mt Buller, building their snowboarding skills and confidence on the slopes. They made the most of the mountain conditions! 🏂❄️

100 days of Prep 🎉

This is such a milestone for our young ones - a whole 100 days of learning. Students celebrated by dressing up as 100 year olds (aren’t they just the cutest!) and engaged in various activities relating to 100. Congratulations to all our 2026 preps for successfully reaching 100 days of school, they should all be very proud!

Today, teaching staff from all three Bayside campuses came together for another day of professional learning, led by Dr Amy Berry. The day also provided valuable opportunities for teams to collaborate, share ideas and strengthen collective practice. It was a fantastic day of learning, collaboration and professional growth, all with the shared goal of providing the best possible learning experiences for our students. See you back in the classroom tomorrow.

It was a pleasure to host our sister school, Anjo Higashi, this week! 🇯🇵

Our students enjoyed spending time together, taking part in a range of activities, sharing cultures, and exploring Melbourne. It was a fantastic opportunity to build friendships, create lasting memories, and strengthen the special connection between our two schools. We look forward to seeing each other again in the future!

Congratulations to our all our award winners, which were presented at our recent primary assembly for Term 3. Keep up the great work. We look forward to celebrating more student achievements in Week 6.
