🏆🏆 BACK-TO-BACK CHAMPIONS! 🏆🏆

What an incredible achievement for Williams Primary School! 💙💛

We are extremely proud to announce that Williams Primary School has won BOTH the Interschool Athletics Championship Shield AND the Handicap Shield for the second year in a row! 🎉👏

A huge congratulations to all of our competitors who represented our school with determination, enthusiasm and fantastic sportsmanship. Every race, jump, throw and point contributed to this outstanding result, and we couldn't be prouder of your efforts! 🌟

A very big THANK YOU also goes to all of the staff involved in preparing our students and helping to make the carnival happen. Events like these take plenty of organisation, teamwork and extra effort behind the scenes, and your contribution is greatly appreciated.

Two shields. Two years running. What an achievement! 🏆🏆

Well done, Williams PS! 💙💛

🚲 AusBike Incursion at Williams PS! 🚲

Our students have been having a fantastic time taking part in the AusBike Incursion, building their bike-riding skills while having plenty of fun along the way!

With guidance from accredited AusCycling coaches, students have been developing practical riding skills, improving their confidence and learning how to ride more safely and independently.

We are very grateful to have been able to provide this fantastic opportunity for our students through funding received from the Sporting Schools Grant. This funding has enabled our students to participate in a fun, practical program that promotes physical activity, confidence and important lifelong cycling skills. 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️

It has been wonderful to see students across our classes getting involved, challenging themselves and growing in confidence on two wheels.

Here are a few snaps of our students in action! 📸

A big thank you to AusBike, the AusCycling coaches and the Sporting Schools Grant program for helping us provide this valuable experience for our students.

📅 Friday 11 September – Williams Town Oval
⏰ Students to arrive from 8:45am for a 9:00am start
• Remaining Athletics Carnival events
