COUNTING OUT LOUD is one of the best ways to improve and fix your rhythm.
When you count, your brain and body work together. The notes on the page stop feeling like confusing symbols and start becoming something you feel, hear, and play.

HOW IT WORKS IN YOUR BRAIN:
When you count out loud, you use more than one part of your brain at the same time.
You see the music.
You say the beat.
You hear your own counting.
You feel your hands move on the instrument.

Think of it as untying a knotted rope. Breaking the rhythm into smaller counts and saying it out loud white playing unravels the jumbled mess, translating it into a clear, easy beat your body just gets 🎵
