Dockers Raffle Tickets are still available đđ
Donât forget to join the Dockersâ Footy Ticket Raffle for this season. Only $10 for your chance to win 4 tickets for a home game. Great value!
Our school membership consists of seats for two adults and two children. The seats are FANTASTIC - in Block 130, Row 5, Seats 1-4. They are behind the goals with the sun setting behind. You don't have to be a Freo fan to enjoy an outing to Optus Stadium.
We have been running our Dockers Raffle for 18 years. During that time many of our families have been our guests at the Footy. We would love you to buy a ticket or two in our Raffle. Tickets are $10 each, and for each $10 invested, families will get 3 chances of being selected to go to the footy.
Ticket money will go towards the payment of Orana's Membership. It is such good value for money and represents 1/5 of the value if you were to purchase tickets on the day at Optus.

Orana P&F CLASS REPRESENTATIVES CO-ORDINATOR Role Description
The class representative system can be a very valuable asset to a well functioning parent association. As the role of the group is to support and represent all parents and carers in the school community, having nominated representatives from each class ensures that all parents have the opportunity to have their voice heard, whether or not they can attend a meeting.
It is imperative however that class rep matters are kept very separate from âfriendship groupâ issues.
When a directive comes from a parent association meeting for class reps to help organise a school event, or indeed a class only event, it is essential that all parents in that class are notified.
As a key role of the parent association is to assist in building positive school community, it is crucial that parents donât feel that they are being left out in any way by not being included in invitations to help, attend dinners or coffee mornings etc. It is therefore important the class rep distinguishes events that are parent association initiatives from those that are âfriendship groupâ based.
The role of class representative may include but is not limited to:
⢠Welcoming new parents to the school
⢠Introducing parents to the roles and activities of the association
⢠Inviting parents to support and attend school functions and activities. This may include the arrangement of class rosters for any particular event or function.
⢠Attending Parent Association meetings whenever possible.
⢠Communicating regularly with the Associationâs executive.
⢠Organising the class communication list eg. email addresses and telephone numbers. (Donât forget to get permission from parents to circulate their contact details.)
