This right here is the attitude that some have lost sight of. 🙏 never get your roots.
"Every time we play at a concert, I don't take a single person in the audience for granted. Not even one. They bought a ticket, got a sitter or got free for the night, got in the car, Uber or bus to get there. They had to make sacrifices and maybe look for money they were saving for something important, but they decided to spend it to come see us. I just love them. I love human beings. I care for them, and our music is an opportunity to lift them up. I take this very seriously. I'm giving it all l've got until I can't anymore. My body is a temple, and I do all I can to maintain a healthy body, a healthy mind, a healthy spirit and a healthy heart, so I can perform as I do. I'm not against smoking a blunt once in a while or drinking a drink if I feel like it, but you can bet your ass that as long as I can stand and hold my bass, I'm gonna hop on that stage likepy, making people happy.
