🤝 Last week, our Roxby Downs site welcomed Mind Over Masculinity for a talk with our apprentices and some of their host supervisors about mental health and breaking down the stigma surrounding men’s mental health.

Supporting apprentices through their training also means recognising the challenges they may face along the way. Open conversations like these can help people feel more comfortable speaking up and reaching out for support when they need it.
