We were so excited to complete our first week of Pre-Kindy. Here is what a day at Tall Tree White Gum Valley Pre-Kindy looks like. Long, unhurried play. Muddy hands in the garden. A story on the mat. Can babies read?

During our farm animal exploration the children enjoyed discovering farm-themed books alongside the animals creating opportunities to connect what they see, hear and explore through play with stories and pictures.

Kambarang in our Baby Room!

Our little ones have been discovering the beautiful colours and textures of Kambarang - the season of wildflowers, colour and new life.

Using flowers and herbs collected from our gardens alongside colourful water the babies have been encouraged to touch, smell and observe the natural world around them.

Pre-Kindy is now available at Tall Tree White Gum Valley 🌳

👌Three is such a big year. Friendships blossom, feelings get bigger and curiosity is everywhere.

Our new Pre-Kindy program gives three to four year-olds a calm, joyful space to grow in confidence, connection and community.

✔ 9am – 2.30pm, Monday to Friday
✔ Choose between 2 to 5 days per week
✔ Flexible drop-off and pick-up
✔ Developed and overseen by a qualified Early Childhood Teacher
✔ Morning tea, lunch and afternoon snack included
✔ From as little as $70/day, CCS approved

Term 4 starts on Monday 12 October 2026 and places are limited to 20 per day.

Our little astronauts have been discovering the wonders of space through hands-on sensory and creative experiences!

This week across our centres, we’re proud to acknowledge and celebrate National Reconciliation Week, a meaningful time to learn, reflect and strengthen our connection to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures and perspectives.

Throughout the week, our children and educators will be engaging in thoughtful learning experiences designed to spark curiosity, deepen understanding and foster respect for the world’s oldest continuing cultures. From storytelling and creative experiences to music & dance, language and shared conversations, we’re excited to create opportunities for meaningful learning and connection together.

We can’t wait to share what’s planned across our centres this week and celebrate these important moments with our community.

The children in our Toddlers & Kindy Rooms continue to show a strong interest in the little motorbike frogs that have made a home in our garden. During this ongoing inquiry project, we have learnt all about the lifecycle of frogs and have researched some of their varied habitats. We then placed this learning in to a different context as we got busy building our own 'home for the frogs'. What clever little biologists! 🐸
