This term, the Penguins enjoyed an exciting visit to the zoo, where they explored a variety of animals and learnt fascinating facts about their habitats and behaviours. Back in the classroom, they showcased their creativity through artwork and imaginative Lego constructions, developing their problem-solving skills while bringing their ideas to life. It has been a wonderful term filled with learning, discovery and creativity.

Kindergarten had a wonderful visit to the farm the other day, enjoying a truly hands-on learning experience on a beautiful sunny day. The students loved getting up close with farm life, with highlights including milking the cows and experiencing an exciting tractor ride around the property. It was a fun and engaging day that helped bring their learning to life through real-world experiences and plenty of smiles.

Our Stage 3 students finished off their visit to Canberra yesterday with a trip to Cockington Green Gardens. Students enjoyed exploring the beautiful miniature gardens and displays, and even had a fun ride on the train!

Our students arrived back at school at 6pm last night after a fantastic two days filled with unforgettable experiences and memory-making in Canberra. We are so thrilled to see so many of our Stage 3 students back at school today, ready to resume their lessons as normal! What an amazing experience it was for everyone involved!

🏃‍♀️🏅 School Athletics Carnival – Tuesday 2 June 🏅🏃‍♂️

Our annual School Athletics Carnival will be held on Tuesday, 2 June. All students in Years 3–6, along with Year 2 students turning 8 this year, are expected to attend to join in the fun and competition.

Students will participate in a range of events, including the 100m, 200m and 800m races, with qualifying students also competing in long jump and high jump events.

Students are encouraged to show their house spirit by wearing sports clothes in their house colours, along with a hat. Please ensure students wear enclosed sports shoes (sneakers) and comfortable shorts suitable for active participation.

We look forward to a fantastic day of teamwork, sportsmanship and fun!

Last night, our Stage 3 students had an exciting visit to the Australian Institute of Sport! Students were highly engaged as they explored interactive, state-of-the-art sporting experiences and discovered what it takes to perform at an elite level.
