What a fantastic Book Week we have had so far! 📚✨

Our Book Week Parade and Buddy Reading session were enjoyed by everyone, and it was wonderful to see our students celebrating their love of books together.

A huge thank you to our wonderful Smithfield West community for all of your efforts in preparing costumes and helping make the day so special. We loved seeing the creativity, enthusiasm and joy that you brought to our celebrations! 💙📖

Our students have been enjoying participating in our Jellybeans Music Program this term! They have been developing their musical skills by learning to play the recorder, glockenspiels, and a range of percussion instruments, while also learning to read and follow musical notes. It has been wonderful to see their confidence and enthusiasm grow as they explore the world of music!

Our Regional Spelling Bee Stage 2 and Stage 3 finalists competed against 31 other schools from across our region. They did an amazing job and should be incredibly proud of themselves for making it this far!

We had such a great time celebrating Public Education Week with our school community!
