We are delighted to announce the first appointments to our Primary teaching team as we prepare to welcome students in 2027.
Please join us in welcoming Jesse Curtis and Samantha Hennessey as members of our founding staff cohort.
Jesse is an outstanding early years educator, recognised for her expertise in evidence-informed teaching, strong family partnerships, and commitment to student success. In 2025, she was honoured with the Toowoomba Catholic Schools Excellence in Teaching Award for Primary Expert Teacher. Her experience in curriculum design, positive behaviour support and transition-to-school programs will play an important role in establishing a learning culture centred on wonder, belonging, and high expectations.
Samantha is a dedicated primary educator with extensive experience across Catholic, state and independent school settings in Queensland and New South Wales. Her passion for building meaningful relationships has had a significant impact on student engagement, wellbeing and learning outcomes. Samantha brings a strong commitment to evidence-informed practice, inclusive education and creating learning environments where every student is known, valued and supported to flourish academically, socially and emotionally.
As our College community continues to grow, we look forward to sharing further staffing announcements across both Primary and Secondary throughout the year. We're bringing together a team of passionate educators dedicated to nurturing, inspiring and empowering every child to thrive.
