I'm very late posting for tomorrow's markets...sorry!
Toppy Museum Markets run from 9am until 1pm...at the museum!
Come and support your local makers...Father's day is next Sunday...you might find exactly what he needs.

These are little fancy cakes traditionally served after a special meal...you may have seen something similar on a high tea tower
Thin layers of almond buttercake with apricot jam and buttercream inbetween...a thin layer of almond paste on top and dipped in a delicately flavoured glaze.

Come and see us all in the morning, it should be a beautiful day! Bring your cash and your shopping bags!

Busy week...12 cakes plus a box of cupcakes to go with one of the cakes plus a large order of slice for Thom, Dick & Harry's. None of the cakes were overly complicated though, so things ran pretty smoothly!
