Really proud to see Swan Valley Football Club running a Mental Health Round this Saturday. It's a conversation worth having, on and off the field. As proud sponsors of the Colts and other club activities and events, we're glad to stand behind everything Swan Valley does, on the field and off it and thank you to the club for the kind words about our support too, it means a lot to be part of what you're building here. Get down and support them this weekend, and take the time to check in with someone. 💙

💙 ROUND 15 | MENTAL HEALTH ROUND 💙

Some games are measured by the scoreboard. This one is measured by the conversations we have.

This Saturday, Swan Valley Football Club proudly hosts our Mental Health Round, a day dedicated to reminding every player, volunteer, supporter and family member that you never have to face life’s battles alone.

Mental health doesn’t discriminate. It affects teammates, mates, parents, children, coaches and supporters. Sometimes the strongest people are carrying the heaviest burdens behind a smile. So this weekend, let’s check in with one another, ask the question, and most importantly, listen.

A huge thank you to our incredible Round Sponsor, TMO Pest Control, for standing alongside our club and helping us shine a light on such an important cause. Their support allows us to create awareness and remind our community that looking after each other is just as important as the game itself.

We’re also incredibly grateful to Australian Training Management (ATM) for everything they continue to do behind the scenes for our club. Their ongoing support, commitment and investment in our players and community never goes unnoticed, and we’re proud to have them standing beside us.

🏉 ROUND 15 FIXTURES
💚 C1 Women vs Ballajura – 11:25am
💙 C2 Reserves vs Canning South Perth – 1:10pm
💚 C2 League vs Canning South Perth – 3:05pm
💙 LK Colts vs Hammond Park – 5:20pm UNDER LIGHTS

🌟 Make sure you stick around for a special occasion as our Colts take centre stage in their FIRST home night game under lights! Let’s pack the sidelines, create an unforgettable atmosphere and show our young guns what the Green & White family is all about.

Whether you’re wearing green and white, blue and white, butterflies for beyond blue or simply coming to support someone you love, this weekend is bigger than football.

Be kind. Be present. Check in on your mates.
One conversation can change a life.

Do***ng vs Rigging
What's the difference, and what comes first?
It's one of the most common questions we get, so let's break it down.

Do***ng
A dogger is responsible for:
• Selecting the right slinging method for the load
• Inspecting lifting gear — chains, slings, hooks, shackles
• Directing the crane or hoist operator when the load is out of their line of sight
Do***ng is about getting the load ready to move safely and guiding the operator through the lift.

Rigging
A rigger does everything a dogger does, plus more complex work involving:
• Setting up, adjusting and dismantling rigging equipment
• Moving, placing or securing loads using more advanced techniques
• Working with more complex lifting arrangements
Rigging is split into three levels: Basic, Intermediate and Advanced, each covering progressively more complex work.

So, which comes first?
Do***ng. Always.
To enrol in a Basic Rigging course, you must already hold your do***ng licence. It's a legal prerequisite, not something you pick up along the way.

Getting your do***ng licence opens the door to rigging, cranes, and some of the best-paid work on any construction or resource site in WA.

Do***ng and rigging is delivered at our West Swan training facility, or onsite.

A very special member of the Australian Training Management family was recognised last night with not one, but two incredible honours.

Congratulations to one of our directors, Dr Jim Giumelli, on being awarded 2026 Western Australian of the Year and receiving the Chamber of Minerals and Energy WA Business Award.

Five years ago, Isabella joined our team at 17 as a junior admin trainee. Today, we celebrate not just five years of service, but an extraordinary journey of growth, dedication, and achievement.

From earning her Certificate III in Business to stepping into the Training Coordinator role, then taking on the responsibilities of Traineeship Coordinator, a role she continues to excel in today.

Isabella has embraced every opportunity with enthusiasm and professionalism. Now she's begun developing her skills in our Compliance department and we have no doubt she'll thrive there too.

What makes Isabella truly special is the impression she leaves on everyone around her, colleagues and clients alike speak about her with nothing but warmth and admiration.

Isabella, you are the living example of what we stand for at ATM, a place where people can come, learn, grow, and build a real career. The ATM family is so lucky to have you. Here's to the next five years!

Let's talk about REAL mobile plant training in Perth.

We've seen the claims. We've done the math. Here's what quality actually looks like:

* No hidden costs - One price. No paying extra per hour to learn.
* Minimum 2-3 hours in the machines - Because mastery doesn't happen in 60 minutes.
* Live working quarry - Train where the real work happens, not a practice yard.
* Face-to-face training - Theory and practical with actual trainers, not just video modules.
* No experience needed - Come as you are. Leave job ready.
* Not Yet Competent - Come back for free - No conditions. No fine print. We stand behind our training.
* Industry-leading trainers - They've worked the sites. They know what gets you hired.
* Max 4 people - Real attention. Real progress. Real skills.

At Australian Training Management, we don't just promise quality. We deliver it. Every single time.

Congratulations on Completing Certificate III in Mobile Crane Operations

Australian Training Management congratulates Joshua and Dakota on the successful completion of the TLI30122 – Certificate III in Mobile Crane Operations.

Throughout their traineeships, they have shown professionalism, a strong willingness to learn, and a consistent approach to safe and effective crane operations, positioning them well for continued success on site.

Joshua and Dakota are employees of Monadelphous Group Limited, whose ongoing commitment to structured training supports the development of capable, safety-focused operators across its workforce.

A big thank you also to Rocket, one of our trainers, who supported Joshua and Dakota throughout their traineeships.
