Successfully conducted the 1st of the 2024 series of "From Form to Push Hands" (https://www.jinli.com.au/.../yang-taijiquan-from-form-to...) Tai Chi workshops in Melbourne last weekend. This workshop is focused on developing internal skills through traditional Yang Style Eight Five form and application in Push Hands. Great to see a group of dedicated students want to further their Tai Chi practice towards Internal development. A great venue.
