While I was away, I didn’t just rest, eat the most nourishing food, soak in the sea and the sun...(though I definitely did). I also had the opportunity to facilitate one of my favourite workshops—Making Friends with Impulsive Behaviour—in person, in the most breathtaking setting.
To the beautiful women who made this possible, to the mothers who shared from their hearts, and to all of you who allow me to fulfil this peaceful revolution, one home at a time: thank you.
When we understand our children’s behaviour for what it truly is, we can respond with more compassion, more patience, more curiosity.
This is deeper than “technique.” It’s a return to our truer selves. It is a return to our humanity and we need support not technique. After generations of suppression, unlearning and relearning is an act of reclamation. The heartbeat of hope. Balance. Humanity. Peace.
