Congratulations to all the MBK members who competed today at the Mumeishi 3s Taikai. Great effort by everyone. In particular to Claire Baker who was awarded a Fighting Spirit Award - an incredibly important award in any taikai. A reward for one's effort. Well done everyone!!

Mumeishi 3s - Saturday 7 December 2024

Always a fun day (special guest: humidity 🥵). MBK had three entrants in the Women’s Individual Taikai and two teams in the team events.

Women’s Individual Taikai
3rd Place - Kristine Ventura 🥉
4th Place - Claire Rippon

Mumeishi 3s Taikai
Both teams came away with 1-1 for the pool matches and many ippon scored. We’re growing in confidence and will keep training to improve! So ends the last competition for 2024!!
