Week two schedule, better late than ever 😂
MONDAY – Cardio U
We start the week building endurance through steady effort. Focus on pacing, smooth movement and controlled breathing. Learn how to push without burning out early.
TUESDAY – Strength (Lower body)
Tuesday is about moving well before lifting heavy. Squats, hinges and lunges with strong focus on technique and smart weight choices. Building strong, stable legs for the weeks ahead.
WEDNESDAY – Cardio HIIT
Intensity increases with longer work periods and less rest. Expect powerful efforts under fatigue. Speed, explosiveness and mental toughness are key.
THURSDAY – Pump (Upper body)
High rep upper body work to build endurance and muscle control. You’ll feel the burn while improving technique and stability.
FRIDAY – Cardio Summit
Longer efforts that test your pacing and breathing. Stay composed as fatigue builds. Strong aerobic focus.
SATURDAY – XTX
A mix of strength, power and conditioning. Focus on quality movement, control and finishing the week strong
