We are excited to announce the opening of the new Shabby Shac studio here at Born 2 Rock Studios. Kim had a hugely successful opening yesterday, with everyone who attended loving the free workshops as part of the Central Coast Council Creative Journey Love Central Coast, NSW Australia . We will be open all day again today running free art workshops for those of you that would like to check it out. Come down anytime today to show your support. We'd love to see you here.

As this awful year draws to a close, this Xmas break, so will Born 2 Rock Studios. For the first time since starting back over a decade ago, we're all taking a well earned holiday. So this year, the studio will be closing for the Xmas break... Yay! We will be closed from Monday 21st December and will reopen Monday January 11th. If you would like to get a jam in before we close, you'd better book quickly as there are only a few spots left for the week. Also if you have gear stored at the studio, there will be no access after this Sunday until 11th January, so if you need your stuff over the next 3 weeks, you had better come and grab it by this Sunday.

After any great night, there sits a ton of stuff which lies in wait for you to be completely hungover to have to clean up... Here is where I call out to all able bodied souls out there who are willing and able to come down and help pack down the marquee and help clean the outside area this evening as we need it all done by 2nite. We have heaps of smoked pork left from last night, and I'll cook up some snags for those of you who help out... Come down for a hair of the dog, and a feed and give us a hand PLEEEEEEEEZZZZ???

WOW!!! Just WOW!!! What a banger of a night! Thank you to everyone who came, and made it one of the biggest nights we have ever hosted! A massive thank you to the bands The Manual Age, Lady Danger, The Wondermen, The Coldest Wind, The Defiant Few, Acetone, and Headrush who stuck it out and played through the rain. Apologies and thanks to the guys from Blackwall Uprising who were unable to play due to scheduling issues, but still stuck around to support the other bands.
I can't say thankyou enough🙏 to the small group of legends who in the few days prior to last night, offered their time and effort to help set up the massive marquee, helped cook throughout the day, run errands , and run the sound, to make this such a great event!
Also a HUGE THANK YOU❤️ to Dave Brown for his exceptional lighting show and stage setup, and the massive amount of effort he put into to the best production we have ever had here at the studio, and possibly the biggest show on the Central Coast for 2020.
So Thank you to all of you who have supported us at Born 2 Rock Studios throughout this past harrowing year, and are stoked that we could put this show together for you in return. We look forward to another rockin year with you all! Have a great Xmas and New Year and stay safe friends! 🤘😝🤘

Hi everybody, a quick update from the Born 2 Rock family.

A MESSAGE TO BANDS:
Yes, we are still open for rehearsal bookings.
We are following strict cleaning and sanitising procedures throughout the studio and with all shared equipment to ensure your safety. Our rooms are also large enough to follow the current social distancing guidelines that are in place.
We ask that all patrons wash their hands upon entry, and if you are at all ill PLEASE STAY AT HOME.

A MESSAGE FOR OUR STUDENTS:
The safety of our staff and students is our number one priority, and with everything going on at the moment we have decided the best course of action is to hold our lessons online for the time being.

These lessons will be provided through SKYPE and will be available with all of our teachers.
We will be in contact with you all individually to make sure you're set up with everything you need to move forward.

Thank you all so much for your ongoing support, especially at a time like this. Socialising might be off the cards for now, but nothing can stop ROCK n' ROLL!

!!LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, THE SHOW MUST GO ON!!
Despite ScoMos ridiculous new restrictions on indoor gatherings today, tonight's show is STILL GOING AHEAD!!

We will be relocating the stage to our outdoor area so these new rules won't effect the show. The only rules to follow will be the current social distancing restrictions of 1.5m and limiting person to person contact where possible. (Just make the circle pits wider ;) )

We're looking forward to seeing you guys here for the last gig on earth!!
