Kerill Yoga is a consultancy with a 500EYRT at the helm, living by the truths of strength, peace and compassion. The fundamental philosophy behind the business is to work with the integrity of the body as a means of accessing the alignment of the breath and spirit. With a love of the yogic tradition, science and the nitty gritty of life, Kerill Yoga brings these together with a touch of humour, challenging students to step outside their habits and break free of their self imposed limitations. The company ideology is to work with the power of the mind-body connection to free the student from the confines of expectation and the fostering of suffering.
