OLS Pty Ltd OLS (Online Learning Software) has developed the first Queensland Government approved online trainin Online learning is now part of everyday life.

It will never fully replace the traditional face-to-face learning that has brought us to this point, but when online learning is used hand-in-hand with face-to-face the result can be a better outcome for everyone involved. OLS is working closely with TMR QLD (Transport Main Roads) and MSQ QLD (Marine Safety Queensland) as well as several BTO’s to make sure that the online learning experience is easy, accessible, informative, comprehensive and recognised as an approved alternative to a classroom setting. There are 2 different types of trainer accounts on the OLS system

BTP

This is a company or individual that issues boat licences through training. So essentially a BTP or Boat Training Provider is the main type of trainer in the system. A BTP allows people to complete the theory component of their boat licensing online. BTO

A BTO or Boat Training Organisation is essentially a “Dashboard” where you can see all of the numbers of test and student details of multiple BTPs that may work for you. Also a BTO can be added to a BTP account in the event that a BTO is also a trainer. To book in your free introduction to the software please contact one of our representatives for a private run through of the system. You will also be shown your own personal password protected trainer administration area where you can easily see all the testing data and details of all past and present students who have registered on the system. For government and BTO (Boat Training Organisation) reporting purposes you will also be able to export student and testing data easily.
